This year we collaborated with Mali Zmaj which helps to improve the quality of life of children living in institutions and families with lower financial status. They organize different projects, such as “Mali Zmaj goes to school”, where they provide school supplies for children in need, buy school lunches and gifts for holidays and birthdays, provide free tuition, etc.
On both days there will be a corner marked with a green flyer that has a dragon on it where you can bring your donations for children. Due to limited storage space, Mali Zmaj operates by collecting things based on the specific needs of children and currently active projects. Therefore, if you would like to help, please bring something from the list:
- Hygiene products such as shampoos, shower gels, soaps, sanitary pads, toothpaste, toothbrushes, washing powders, fabric softeners, dishwashing liquid, cleaning agents, sponges
- Pencil cases (new)
- For the project “VILLA ROĐENDANKA”: juices and birthday decorations (e.g., balloons, birthday hats, colorful paper plates, straws)
Please do not bring worn clothes or shoes. If you have a specific item not listed above that you believe will be useful, please email malizmaj.hr@gmail.com to see if they have a child in care that might need it.
